This engagement is not graded. Success is defined by client adoption of the findings, not an external standard.
- The flow has a named, accountable owner for every step
- Staff report the flow is realistic to actually follow, not aspirational
- A semester review shows the flow was used for at least a meaningful number of real at-risk cases
