Half-dayAcademic leaders learn the lesson-plan review method and practice giving constructive feedback on real (anonymized) lesson plans.
Joint Debrief
Final 30 minutesTeachers and leaders come together to align on the shared vocabulary and expectations going forward.

- Leaders use the review guide on at least one real lesson plan within 30 days
- A shared vocabulary is visibly used in post-engagement lesson-plan conversations
