Diagnostic
Day 1 (6 hours)Stakeholder interviews, artifact review, and a facilitated culture-mapping workshop with the executive team.
Blueprint Design
Day 2 (6 hours)Values-to-behaviors translation, a systems-alignment check, and drafting of the Implementation Roadmap.

- Rewarded/tolerated/punished framework (adapted from CCAL)
- Culture Blueprint template
Deliverables
- A culture diagnostic report
- A completed Culture Blueprint document
- An Implementation Roadmap with named owners
Consultant qualifications
- Holds CCAL certification or equivalent senior culture-consulting experience (5+ years)
Success measures
This engagement is not graded. Success is defined by client adoption of the findings, not an external standard.
- The executive team validates the diagnostic findings as accurate
- The roadmap is adopted with named owners assigned
- A 90-day review is scheduled to check progress
