Engagement objectives

What we'll achieve.

  • Diagnose current culture through behavior and unspoken rules
  • Define the target culture in specific, observable behaviors
  • Identify HR levers to actually shift culture

Engagement process

How it unfolds.

  1. Diagnosis

    Day 1

A behavior-based culture audit and mapping of the organization's unspoken rules.

  2. Design

    Day 2

Definition of target behaviors and identification of HR levers (recruitment, onboarding, performance, rewards) to shift culture toward them.

Tools & frameworks used

  • Unspoken-rules mapping template
  • HR-lever identification checklist

Deliverables
